Belief in God
The Seeker
"The seeker should not stop until he finds. When he does find, he will be
disturbed.
After having been disturbed, he will be astonished. Then he will reign
over
everything."- The Gospel of Thomas
These words pure and simple mean finally understanding the truth about
why we are here, our total existence, our trials, tribulations, and
goals toward perfection. If you come to understand this at first you
will be troubled by this knowledge, then, a great amazement shall overcome
you. You then will be truly empowered.
Man can only be a skeptic of what he knows. To investigate a phenomena
such as ‘crop circles’ and proclaim them as hoaxes is one
thing but to claim to know the cosmos and the force behind them is quite
another thing. Creation has a cause, and that is a fact, and to claim
that the First Cause of things cannot have been an Intelligent Being
cannot be disproved. The First Cause of Creation must have an omnipresent
solid basis. A jumping point itself must have a cause, and the Big Bang
itself is not the “jumping point”. It is difficult for some
to believe in a Supreme Being and it is understandable, this is why
we are here. That everything man creates is a creation by an intelligent
being is the same logic I ascribe to a Supreme Being.
Take two people, the first an atheist who folds his arms and firmly
states creation started with the Big Bang, the second a believer in
God who is confounded by the nature of the Universe. The first in his
views is not using strong critical thinking, while the second
in conjunction with humankind cannot fathom infinity. The Universe is
infinite, you cannot logically deny this, and God created it that way.
While science comes up with its theories on what they consider the universe
they cannot explain of what was there before it or what is there outside
its boundaries. As mentioned the universe is infinite and populated
by infinite worlds and stars etc. If you are asking, yes an infinite
number of inhabited worlds (God did not create the universe for us only).
By the way it was a Belgian Priest, Georges Lemaitre who first proposed
the theory we now call the Big Bang Theory. To assign the first formation
of things to the essential properties of matter, would be to take the
effect for the cause, for those properties are themselves an effect,
which must have a cause.
Nature of God
It is not that the progress of God has progressed as Man has
progressed
but man's understanding of God has become clearer.
Can God create a rock he cannot lift? There is the adage
“Do not put your God to the test”, this is a very serious
matter I must address to this. Human faculty cannot fathom the Nature
of God, but to only suppose that He must be perfect in all ways and
have no vicissitudes, to be designer of all creation. God is distinct
and unique to the universe otherwise He would be effect and not cause:
He cannot be both effect and cause. God is immaterial, eternal,
all powerful, unchangeable and all good,
otherwise the universe would not have stability. As no human can create
what is nature, we assert the first cause of creation must be an intelligence
superior to man. Whatever wonders created by human intelligence, that
intelligence must have a cause of which the greater the results achieved
by it, the greater must be the cause of which it is the effect. It is
this Supreme Intelligence we call God. We do not know what God is but
we know He exists. The above question confounds the Creator with creation
whose works are no more God Himself than an artist of his painting.
God has no gender, but for that matter, neither does a spirit, who takes
on a gender in material life to perform the task needed to progress
further towards perfection. As for the beginning of creation, that is
a hard logic indeed, for God being perfect must never have been inactive
and have always created. If creation had no beginning than it would
not be the work of God. This is a mystery that cannot be answered, but
by God alone. Everything in creation has no end to it and is always
used further. Inert matter decomposes and serves in other bodies. As
to how it is all created, by the will of God, again the origins a mystery
to us. It is wrong to say modern science declares that there is no God.
Plenty of testimony abounds to the contrary, you must only search it
out. As to the Moral Law of God, I hope to help you understand this.
What is the Soul
Jesus is not God himself, but a superior spirit sent by God as His messenger.
To cut to the chase I will tell you where the soul resides. It is your Conscience, which is who you really are. The soul is the spirit who is enchained within the material body to undergo necessary trials needed to progress towards higher levels of consciousness. Spirits are the true beings created by God populating the universe, created at first as basic elements to a time when Conscience is born and through many corporeal existences evolves to a higher being. Do you believe a just God would judge you solely on a single lifetime? It takes many such existences to develop the Soul and further progression after each. Take for example, two people are together, and the first wishes to do a horrendous act and the second shirks with disdain. The second is a more progressed spirit, and has undergone more trials which is why his conscience cannot allow himself to complete a wrongful thing. Yes I speak of re-incarnation, the only justifiable process that man’s soul can obtain through generations of trials that will allow him to step by step and with his free will perfection and complete happiness in the presence of God. Why did God create evil? God is perfect, all good, evil is deviation of the Laws of God, perpetuated by imperfect spirits. A spirit though it has a beginning has no end. Would a just God end or destroy anything he created? Humans only witness death to the body, the soul never ceases to be. It has been said that this could be likened to a general in combat that his concern is for the soldier not the clothes he wears. The soldier representing the soul and the garments to the physical body.
Miracles
"Those who live by the sword die by the sword," a testament of re-incarnation.
A bus load of children crashes, 51 children die and one survives. It is called a miracle. The question arises where the miracle is if 51 children die. What does man know of miracles? Understand that it is the soul that is important not the body. Here simply 51 souls have ended their phase on earth and returned to the spirit world, while the one has not finished her trial. Remember death is an ending to one’s trial on earth and a further trial to those who still live. A miracle is not done with a magic wand. God creates miracles that weave into the fabric of creation. An example could be described as follows. The twin towers come crashing down on 9/11, during rush-hour, there were perhaps 40,000 people working in all the towers. I heard an immediate call for the deaths of 20,000. Now mind you that a heightened posture of moral episode gripped the nation. The death toll came down to 10,000 and every day the number lowered until it reached 2,606. This example follows the first that the death toll is a completion to their trial at this time, and the trial is really for the people still alive who must undergo their loss. In other words if you could ask any one of the spirits who lost their material bodies on 9/11 if they would like to return and you could bet that they answer in the negative. It is with us who must usher up our moral strength to overcome our loss. It is my belief that the miracles Jesus performed all are Laws of God that cannot be perceived by us. They are not magic. Jesus is a spirit of high elevation capable under the Law of God to perform phenomenal acts of nature. He is the messenger predicted in the Old Testament to come to earth to give a more precise understanding of God and life meaning. He is the most perfect example of what a human being can attain on earth. Of course our understanding continues to this day.

What is the special and peculiar work of modern Spiritism?
To make a coherent whole of what has previously been scattered; to explain,
in clear and precise terms, what has been wrapped up in the language of allegory;
to eliminate the products of superstition and ignorance from human belief,
leaving only what is real and actual: this is its mission.
God is perfect; all good. As I have stated any deviation of the Laws of God is sin, evil. Spirits, created simple and ignorant with free will, commence multitudes of trials often following wrong paths toward the goal of perfection. With each trial a child of God takes a step to further shed themselves of evil. Understand that it is not God who creates evil for evils sake but it is a consequence of man's imperfections to be rooted out over time.
That the sins of the father will be visited upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me. This presentment in The Ten Commandments actually implies reincarnation in delicate terms that would be understood over time. That by the third or fourth generation the sinner would have time to reincarnate to pay his debt.
Adam is not the first man but the Old Testament is the bible of the Hebrew People and Adam is the progenitor of the Hebrew Race.
The Bible is an allegoric chronological of events and has been misinterpreted as historical. The earth not created miraculously in a few days but by Divine Impulsion according to the Laws of God and the force of nature. Everything in our perceivable universe in an order that allows the earth to exist is the allegory of the earth at the center of the universe.
All of us have predetermined ends that is hidden from us. Jesus, a superior spirit, however knew what would befall him, and was conscious of this as he completed his mission. Common man could not comprehend the message that was given by Jesus and in their ignorance feared it. It was destiny that they acted as they did.
Remember it is the soul that is ever important and not the material body that houses it. Calamities are brought upon mankind to further progress of Moral Providence. And what is suffering in our corporeal existences compared to eternity that beckons.
There is no eternal damnation, the true interpretation of the Bible on this is so long as evil exists, so punishment exists. Eternity of punishment is not an absolute but a relative statement.
Response
For non-believers in God and His Laws of Creation, ask not of inane questions, but ask the questions as if there might be a God. The best place to get answers is The Spirits' Book by Allan Kardec. Whatever you might think of this book read it thoroughly and you will gain logical answers to vital questions.
Just open your heart and your eyes. Knowledge is unlimited and will bear the truth. It is there for the taking, grab it and it will guide you. View knowledge in two ways, scientific and moral. Science looks at creation in its physical body and moral progress at the unseen relation. View these two relations as a triangle. One side of the triangle as the progress of science and the other side moral progress. At the apex would be total knowledge of everything both physical and moral understanding. At the apex we would know everything about the universe and we would know everything about the moral aspects, about God and all that we cannot see. Indeed we are far from the apex of knowledge and cannot fathom the triangle, so all we could see are the two lines going upwards in our realm of perception. We could all logically assume that there is a place where total understanding of the physical creation resides. At this station we would also know truth about the supernatural aspects of creation, whether there is a God and of His Ordaining Laws pertaining to creation. We are all aware of progress of science, as to moral issue I can tell you that there is progress although many cannot see it. If you would look at the underlining character of humankind as opposed to previous generations you could see that a closer accord and greater goodness is reached.
