About The SpiritistEvent

The Spiritist E*Vent

Either will do as my site is my venting for your knowledge and enjoyment of God, Spiritism, Natural, Supranatural, and the gift of life many do not consider.

I am beginning this website to bring forth my beliefs in God and information about life in this world and outside it as well subjects I believe should have a forum. I am a spiritist, a follower of Alan Kardec and others in spiritism, an understanding of who we are, why we are here and explanations controlling our paths toward God and perfection. It has been about 20 years since I was given “The Spirits’ Book” by Alan Kardec that has changed my life over time. After first reading this book my thoughts were “God I know these words are true but you know I am a lush” and continued sinning, however things were never the same and little by little vanquished imperfections of body and soul. Of course it is still ongoing. It is my hope that you will enjoy this site for I wish to engage many different topics of importance and some theoretical thoughts.

There are many sites that teach about spiritism while I wish to convey deeper meaning to questions posed in a divisive world. The Belief in God will give you basic understanding of God and purpose of existence while new pages will be posted to follow up on them. Poetry related to spiritism, life, existence can be found here for your pleasure, The Spiritist Event Poems. Articles will also be posted not directly pertinant to spiritism but will be of interest. If you wish to contact me, my name is Joe Losito. I am humbly at your service.

Emblem of Spiritism

spiritist grapevine emblem

The emblem of spiritism is the grapevine. The juice flowing through the vine represents the spirit while the grapes represent the body, a metaphore of spirit action on the body. From predetermined means the spirit and body merge during gestation. At first the spirit is outside the body though attached. Further along pregnancy the invisible cord that holds the spirit to the body shortens then upon birth they are one, the spirit incarnate or now the soul entrenched in the mind. Mingled with the soul in the mind are precepts and designs customized for the engaged life-experience commencing. Suppression of certain area of conscious or grafting a quality into it assisting the soul on its way to trials. If the spirit has an affinity for a thing and it will prevent the soul into following predetermined path then it may be repressed, likewise if a spirit lacks a degree of a thing then it could be infused a stronger persuasion into the mind enabling the soul to engage properly its mission.
